Welcome to Novas 360, a cloud-based inventory, POS, and business management platform provided by TechTower Inc.. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

Every new business account registered on Novas 360 receives a free trial period of up to 60 days, the exact duration of which is determined by the specific free trial plan selected during registration. No credit card is required to start.

After the trial period ends, continued access to the platform requires an active paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and available plans are detailed at getnovas.com/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.

Free trial abuse is strictly prohibited. The free trial offer is extended per business entity only. Any attempt to obtain additional free trial periods by creating multiple accounts, re-registering after deleting an account, or any other means of circumventing the trial limitation constitutes a violation of these Terms. Violations will result in immediate suspension or permanent expulsion from the platform, and may result in forfeiture of any data stored on the platform.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems;
• Introducing viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's security, performance, or availability;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that violates the free trial terms as described in Section 2.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design elements, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — are the exclusive property of TechTower Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

5. External Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TechTower Inc. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechTower Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, consider harmful to the platform, its users, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
